This place was great! The staff made the experience fantastic. Justine was a great waitress! She was on top of everything and we never had to ask for a thing. The food was also fantastic.
Had a great meal, great fast service, and very good drinks. Plan on going back. It's not a fancy place but it is relaxing way to watch a game or enjoy the country food.
Messed up the steaks and didn't have another one till after everyone else was done eating and ready to leave. We ended up having a high priced recooked steak. they also mischarged the order.
We had a huge party of 21. The managers and hostess did an amazing job of getting us seated in a timely manner. We were seated across three tables and Wes, our server, did an absolutely fantastic job of taking our orders (not a single mistake). He was also attentive and checked on us regularly. And when it came to dividing up the checks among 5 different groups he made sure he got it right, asking us as many times as was necessary to make sure it was done right the first time, and it was. This could have gone sidways on so many levels and it didnt. Both the food and service deserve 5 statrs. I was impressed beyond words on how smoothly the staff and management made the experience. Thank you!
The managers both stopped by and every member of the staff said bye on the way out.
Had to step outside and make an important phone call. Informed server that I was doing this and still had food on my plate and not to clear table because I would be back in a minute to finish eating. Was told that was fine and then followed outside and watched like a thief while trying to deal with a personal matter. Have never felt so judged or guilty of doing nothing wrong before in my life. Will never be going back to any Texas roadhouse
