Everyone waiting at the station in subzero weather gave up and left.
Greyhound service is abysmal.
I called to ask for a refund and was transferred and put on hold for about an hour. Then finally when I got ahold of someone they said I need to call back after 24hrs because their system hasn't been updated for the delay yet.
At 8:30 the bus still wasn't there, so I called again and was told the bus never departed Indianapolis and they were looking for a driver. What the heck? Can you guys friggin communicate this somehow to people wasting their time waiting?
I showed up at the Lafayette station at 7:10PM promptly to get on a bus to Chicago scheduled to depart at 7:25PM....at about 7:50PM I called customer service and was told the bus should arrive at around 8:10PM.
