Sales was great but 38 motors really dropped the ball once the sale was done. Not even 30 days passed after the sale and the car needed a new alternator. We were assured 38 motors would make it right. That’s a joke! Their idea of making it right was to find a cheap place to replace the part and we would pay for all of it. A huge disappointment in this company.
Needless to say if I ever get ready to buy another truck,I will go there first. Still very happy with the truck. Slowly dressing it up more and more.

There was zero pressure. They didn't mind at all,that I was actually laying on the ground looking it all over underneath,listening to everything on it,and checking every little thing. Some dealers see you doing that,the get very irritated and say it's ok nothing wrong with it.

38 Motors had a truck I was interested in. A beautiful rust free dark blue 1999 Chevy Short bed regular cab Z71. I watched it online for a couple weeks. Finally sold mine. Went to check it out,and drive it. Loved it. Almost didn't get it price wise. Jeff did some number crunching,and come back outside a few minutes later. He said we can make it happen if you still want it. Next day,picked it up after work,and a happy customer. Not a single problem with the truck. I use it like a truck.
