GREAT way to protect your vehicle from the elements! Very friendly staff that works quickly
I brought my SUV 8months ago to Ziebart to have the windows tinted. The salesman talk me into using the NCP film (most expensive ones) because of the amount of time I spend in my car. After a week or so having my car tinted, I roll down the windows and notice squeaky noises on all my windows. I got upset and called Ziebart, they were very nice and told me to wait for few more days and see if it goes away. It did.
Everyone is good at what they do. I appreciate those skills developed and the results they yield on my vehicles. I invite anyone to look in my stable and see not only the quality of the work, but the apparent preservation it provides. Take for example my 2011 F250. Time and time again I’ll have strangers say “nice truck, how long have you had it” with them thinking it’s only been a few weeks and I have to tell them its real age.
Is been 8months since I have my windows tinted. I waited this this long to give my review because I want to see if the tinted windows can handle the heat in the summer.

Let’s talk about products for a moment. Used to be a day when ‘Ziebarted’ meant rust protection. Today their dedication to new technologies brings so much more value to the customer. A couple of my personal favorites are the clear film and aquapel. Some of my older vehicles suffered from stone chips; having been driven many highway miles. Though the vehicle was only a few years old, it would look tired. With Z-shield, this is no longer the case. The aquapel treatment makes driving in the rain so much better. It also helps the clearing of snow/ice in the winter time. While there are retail products that do the same, treatments applied by them seem to last much longer. I don’t think anyone can deny the benefits of the spray-on bed liner; this is a must for both new and even used trucks. Next we have the DiamondGloss treatment. The lack of apparent aging I spoke of previously is a testament to this specific (and annual renewal) of this treatment. Back to my technology bent, this store has a plotter, which precuts window film (and the Z-shield I spoke of above) driven by computer, that results in perfect fits.
Forward 7months later, my car was parked outside my work and the sun was hitting directly on to it for several hours. Around 4pm my supervisor and I took my car to the other side of town for a meeting. The first thing he said to me after entering my car was, "I am surprised that your car is not as hot as mine, mine would of been too hot to enter." It occurred to me that the NCP film I used was actually doing its job and keeping my car cooler than all the other cars in the parking lots. I am happy to say that I am a happy customer and will highly recommend Ziebart to other people. They are honest and provide great customer services, and sell me the right product for what I need.
Had a fantastic experience with this Ziebart. I took my 2014 Toyota Corolla in to get the interior detailed and exterior detailed. My poor car was a mess when I took it in and the folks at Ziebart worked their butts off on my car. The interior is immaculate now and so clean. The outside looks like it did when I bought it. I am very happy with my service at this Ziebart and highly recommend them to anyone looking to get their car cleaned up. Only real complaint I have is there are water dots in my GPS screen. I spoke with the team there at the Lafayette location and they said if it's still there in a few days to bring it back which is perfectly fine with me (it is very cold outside so it's more than likely from that) Keep up the great work guys!

Update 10-13-2017 Just got my new truck back and service is as good as ever! I wish I could pick my truck up from them every morning.
I understand their owner/president reads these, thus I thought I'd take the opportunity to share my experiences. First off, I’ve been a customer for many years. This speaks to the lasting experience I have received throughout. While an individual may have a single positive experience, or perhaps an initial positive experience, it’s maintaining a positive experience year over year that retains customers. (And brings new ones in the door; I’m pleased to see many of my friends have left their feedback here.)
