Poor customer service skills and rude!!!!!
The manager with the glasses is sooo nice! All the ladies are great but she took her time and shopped with me. It was my first time in the store and they made a awesome first impression! The prices was the icing on the cake!

I like Citi Trends my only problem with them is the system they use to hang their clothes, there is none.
Absolutely poor and I mean poor customer service skills. No professionalism at all. I would much rather spend my money on high priced stores then to go into a cheap store with rude employees that don't even appreciate your business I won't be shopping here again.
