A unique experience. I found what i was looking for and much more. Automated check out lines are some of the most efficient I have seen. Would recommend this store if you are a bulk or thrifty shopper.
I don't really shop at this location since they have a very lack luster selection; but, after today, I doubt I'll visit again.
We do most of the regular shopping here. My kids love the free cookies and 1-penny musical horse ride (it is not working sometimes). Best quality of fresh fruits and vegetables. The store is clean overall, and staff are helpful and friendly. During the past four years, I had only two bad experinces with cashiers who did not know what to do. They have the best end-of-the-season sales. I also recommend their bakery and fresh flowers.The main problem here is the labeling and misplaced items which happens almost every time! Always double check the item with posted price.
Probably my last time shopping there. When you have to wait over 30 minutes to even start to check out and you see employees without a care in the world (walking slower than customers). I can take my business elsewhere. Obviously management and upper management could care less about their customer's experience. Self checkout was backed up by 20 plus people and only 4 normal check outs were open. Was so tempted to leave completely full grocery cart and just get take out for dinners.
PS.. wasn't first time this has happened there. And just heard will be like this the rest of the year because employees can have no more overtime this year.
the cleanest store ever. When i came to this store for the first time, i was in aw. They had everything i can think of and was fully stocked. The staff are the nicest people. i highly recommend going here. Its not overcrowded like Walmart. So you can shop in peace and don't have to wait in long lines.
I purchased an item that was in a destroyed box. I had asked if I could get a discount due to the condition of the box. I also noted it was the last of the item and was already "priced to move". They, condencedenly, said they don't do that. I let them know that every store does that and they replied with, "we don't. What would stop people from tearing their boxes?". When I got home, I saw that the 30% discount hadn't been applied.
