Worst cut ever my style looked nothing like the picture I took in. Took off about 10 inches of hair and was left with nothing to work with
Holly asked what style I wanted and I described it perfectly then Holly cut my bangs straight across and took off way to much hair. She literally did not ask how short I wanted it. She gave me a $5 discount so gave I gave the review an extra star for that.
Loved both of my haircuts there so far! Very reasonably priced as well!
Awsome customer service n beautiful final appearance, I highly recommend this hair salon to anybody looking to feel n look absolutely beautiful!!!!! Lovin this salon Mucho!!!!
If you have a specific style you want done, don't go here. Pay for the high end salon. If you want skunk stripes or have no problem holding the hand of your stylist and demanding they take the necessary steps to do a good job on just the basics, go here.
According to price point, they're barely a step above Great Clips and their service shows it. This is their first job out of school, usually, and by-and-large there's a laziness to the stylists here. I get my eyebrows done twice a year and every time it's completely different: sometimes they tweeze, sometimes they use scissors for shaping, sometimes they wax in sections others it's the whole top and whole bottom. Last time Taylor didn't ask me how I wanted them done before she applied wax along the top and ripped--she didn't ask me if I wanted them thin, thick, with an arch or not, until after she began the second eyebrow. She also didn't hold down the skin taut before she ripped and it HURT! She also failed, repeatedly, to press the cloth over all the wax she applied which led to more rips than necessary. And, while it didn't feel hot, for some reason I had 2 spots that looked burnt for a few months after. This is $13. As for the trim on my long hair, from the time she she started the shampoo until she took the cape off was barely 10 minutes (this is $18). She didn't ask if my hair was color-protected/ treated for the shampoo, she used a brush on my wet hair--just buy a wide tooth comb!, and started separating to cut before asking me what I wanted done! She then pulled all my hair behind my shoulders and made 5 straight across snips to the bottom--nothing on the sides, no angles, etc.--and without asking if I wanted a dry or product (more money by the way) she took the cape off and said "done". You will leave this place looking like a wet dog. In the past I've let them "style" me, aka attempt to make me look as a I walked into the store, but they use far too little product and don't have diffusers and want to blow dry right away without letting product sit. They're the professional, why can I do a better job with my hair than they can? And why did I pay an extra $10 for a quarter size dollop of mousse and a bad blow dry that left me looking like a cotton ball?
