According to my paperwork I was to receive food stamps in both August and September before I submitted my paperwork. I faxed my documents in on time but here it is September and I have no food stamps. What are these people playing at? How am I supposed to feed my children?
This place is very understaffed, they have a very long wait, and the one person working there was slow and very dim witted. Awful experience, will never go back there, will go to Kinko's instead to send my documents in. If I could've given no stars I would have, but it wouldn't let me.
