Michelle was a great driver on my trip from West Lafayette to O'Hare Airport. She made sure we were comfortable on our way there and made sure the wifi was working just fine. Couldn't ask for a better driver. Will definitely be a future rider!
Once again, If you are a customer, really care about budget, refund, customer service, and your time, please don't consider this company.
Their shuttle from Purdue to Chicago Ohare is the most expensive. Their service has decreased a lot compared to my experiences with them in 2013. I could book other company this time. But based on my previous experience, I trusted them so I booked it regardless of the price. However, this experience really disappointed me. Currently, they value their company's operation convenience more than understanding the customer's need and situation.
During the summer of 2017, I managed an educational program for 24 high school students studying Biochemistry at Purdue University. Air Express took care of most of our transportation needs from day trips to Turkey Run, to longer trips to Indianapolis and Chicago. Sometimes, we would plan a trip with little notice, but Henry was always friendly and worked hard to accommodate us. We strongly recommend Air Express!

I booked a ride from Chicago airport on Nov 5, 2017. Due to the international flight's fatigue, I went earlier and wait at the wrong place for a while. I didn't see the bus to show up and no one called me at 4:30pm. Usually their company will have bus driver to call the customers. I felt very weird and called the company. It went into voicemail. I was very tired and worried about missing the bus. I went to OHARE airport customer front desk. Then I realized I entered a wrong place to wait. I rushed to the bus area and the bus has gone. Another company's drive was very friendly supported me and told me their company will call everyone to ensure that they take care of each customer. I email Express Air Coach on 11/6 to request refund the fee, they told me their bus driver is not guaranteed to call ppl while they are busy and they cannot refund fee and can let me to transfer into next ride into 24 hrs. I don't have any plan to travel for a year. So I cannot transfer the ticket. I called the company, the costumer service staff was very stressful. I explained my situation. She was not happy and angry to raise her voice and said they cannot do anything, it is their policy, and their company's driver does not call customer every time. She said when there are other customers to serve, they cannot call that one missing customer. It will usually take about 1min or two min to do it. Most of customers would agree with it.
If you are a customer, really care about budget, customer service, and cannot waste $70 or waste your time to communicate with them about your appeal to refund your fee due to those unexpected situation, please don't consider this company. You will feel very bad and not wish to take their shuttle anymore.
There is no ZERO Star choice so I gave them one. I mean to give them ZERO. If you want to take this company's shuttle, please be careful that not to expect to receive the call from the driver and not to expect to get refund if you miss the bus (they allow transfer in 24 hrs), not to expect the company customer service would listen and under your challenge to give you a flexible refund.
Currently, there are two other companies offer lower price and good customer-centered service and will call customer travel between from Ohare and Purdue. One of my friend also use Uber to travel from Purdue to Chicago Ohare. It is a very decent price. You can also take greyhound or Amtrak to Chicago and transfer by train to O'hare. The price would be much cheaper yet take a little longer time. If you don't have time constraint, Greyhound and Amtrack are better budget choices.
Beware!!! No cancellation policy what so ever. The moment you put in your credit card # you have to take that bus whether you are dead or not. Absolutely no refunds.
There aren't that many charter bus companies in Lafayette, Indiana, but Air Express distinguishes itself with it's top-quality buses, excellent and responsive customer service, competitive prices, and friendly professional drivers (especially Big John)!
