Anyway fast forward to today, my wife goes in and the staff at the front asked for her thumb print as soon as she got to the desk. When she explained that it was her first time being there, they immediately asked her if she had her driver's license. She said that she did and gave it to them, when thy returned it and told her the number of the room she would be in. That was about it. She said that if it had been her first time tanning she would have been completely lost.
I've only been to one or two other tanning places before but I'm really unhappy about my experience here. I went in on Valentine's day to get my wife a package and, while the staff were helpful, they did seem to be annoyed with my questions. I asked for a gift card or something to give my wife with information about the package I bought her, they gave me a paper slip that was made to hold a gift card...but there wasn't a gift card in the slip. But I guess that's alright.
They take good care and are polite to you. There are alot of cobwebs and heavy dirt and dust around the ceiling and up above areas in the sunless tanning room.
Clean, great beds. Pricey though
I know people aren't always friendly here in Indiana, but I feel like the staff could put some effort into customer service.
I think ridiculous some of the workers close this one early and people do work. I go after work and get there sometimes right at 9:45 (9:46 should still take people) and they already have doors locked!!! Been told by others some close earlier than that. Very upset
If my wife has a better experience next time I'll update my review.
