Tony came at the designated time and completely the job in a timely fashion.

We developed a leak in our roof a couple weeks back. The roof was old and we were waiting on this to happen. We got estimates from 4 companies before deciding on who was going to replace the roof. After looking at all the estimates we decided to go with Roof Pro's. Some of the items they listed as normal other companies listed as optional. These items need to be done when roofing a home. An example is the Ice and Water barrier. They put it in the valleys and along the eves. Other estimates charged extra to put it in along the eves. They also were the only ones that use Polypropylene Synthetic Underlayment instead of the standard felt paper. I was told that if you do a roof with just the synthetic underlayment they can warranty it for 6 months for leaks. Do this with standard felt paper it will not last near that long before the wind blows it away. They also recommended a better ridge vent product instead of the standard Cobra style venting at very little additional cost. I looked into the the two products and they were correct. Plus the 10 year warranty. Some only offered a 5 year warranty. They were not the most expensive and were not the cheapest but we felt they were the highest quality choice. We signed a contract with them for the new roof. We asked them to do the install on a certain day of the week due to our work schedule. They did not hesitate and arranged for this to happen. They arrived on time the morning of the tear off and install. The first thing Tony did was to give me an overview of the work they were going to do. They started the job and I wanted to watch the entire process as I have only seen it in stages. They covered areas such as flower beds that would get the old shingles bits that would fall from the roof. The crew has been together for some time as they work very well as a team. A neighbor stopped by and watched them shingle a valley. He is an experienced roofer as he shingled his garage. He was telling me what he should do next. The roofer did everything he said should happen. He looked at me and said this guy knows how to roof. This confirmed we went with a quality contractor. They finished the job and cleaned up the site before leaving. My wife committed how well they did cleaning up her flower beds. This made my life easier. In the end they were the best choice to put on our new roof. The day after the job was completed and they are on to the next one we are still smiling.
I called 3 companies for estimates. Only one of the three who came to give an estimate actually got on the roof to check out the problem and do measurements.
Our old roof had started leaking, and we didn't feel it would make it through the winter, but Brandon said they could install the roof in cold weather without any problem and he was right. They were able to get it done in December, just days after we gave them the go ahead. We had a few places where the original plywood decking had rotted and I happened to be around at one point when they were repairing it with new decking, so I know for a fact that they repaired it with new materials. But the cost of the extra materials and labor (which would have been above the estimate) wasn't charged to me on the final bill. I pointed that out to Brandon and tried to pay him the extra amount, but he said that it was their mixup for not charging for it, so it was free to us. And he absolutely wouldn't let me pay the extra. This really made me feel that they are a very trust worthy company.
We absolutely recommend Roof Pros!
He was somewhat friendly, we spoke for a few minutes and he stated that he was concerned with the steepness of the roof. Then stated that their crew didn’t have any experience on steep roofs. After he completed his measurements he again stated, “the Roof Pros crew didn’t have much experience working on steep roofs.
totally explained what the issue with the roof was. He did not try to over sell
A friend recommended roof Pros to me, so I called their office to get an estimate for a roof replacement. The man that came out to my house was smoking a cigarette when he pulled up, and he flicked it into the street.
with windows, siding, etc. as did another company. He gave me an immediate estimate (one company has yet to give me the estimate!)
We had a complete tear off and new shingles done by Roof Pros on our home. Their estimate came in several hundred dollars less than every other comparable estimate we received. Brandon was our sales guy, and he is extremely professional and courteous. In fact, all of the crew was as well. Very nice guys who respected our home.
(**note** This is a long review, so stick with me) My husband and I were preparing to put our house up for sale and had been contemplating putting a new roof on for both curb appeal and peace of mind for our buyer. Our realtor recommended Roof Pros, as she uses them for properties she renovates and sells for profit. We had complete faith in our realtor so we agreed to have Roof Pros out for an estimate. Tony arrived just a couple days later and evaluated our roof. He was extremely professional and seemed upstanding. After his visit, they quickly contacted us with the quote which was extremely fair so we decided to move forward. I called Roof Pros to let them know we had decided to go with them, and they were available to meet with me that day to set up a date for installation and to pick out shingles. It turned out that the first available date for them to begin was the next Thursday: the date our Realtor would be coming by to put the for sale sign in the yard and take pictures of the house! Brandon, who I met with, told me that he would call our realtor and arrange everything. Roof Pros called us the next day to let me know that they rearranged their schedule to put us first in line because we were racing against the clock to get the house ready for the market! I was extremely surprised that they would do that for us and was appreciative. They arrived that Tuesday at 8:00 a.m. and were finished by Wednesday mid-afternoon!. The entire crew was professional and courteous and even gladly agreed to haul away some leftover items we had laying around our backyard from other projects we had been working on, including a cement utility sink and old gutters! I treated them to lunch for that! ;) Before they began, I realized I hadn't removed some pictures that hang high on a wall in our entryway, so Brandon, who I met with the week before, volunteered to get his ladder out and take them down for me! After the installation was complete I took a walk around our property; it was tidy; almost like they were never here. And the roof looked fantastic! Brandon had helped me pick out the perfect color to compliment our house, and it was beautiful!! The staff at Roof Pros went above and beyond for us and we are 100% happy with them and will use them again if we have the need. I need to mention that less than 24 hours after the house went on the market, we got an offer above our asking price! I have no doubt that the new roof had something to do with that, whether it was the curb appeal or the peace of mind that the buyers had knowing they were getting a house with a brand new roof (with which they will receive the transferred labor warranty!). There is so much more that I could go on about including some payment issues on our end that Roof Pros with so patient with, but this review has been long enough! :) Thank you Roof Pros for bending over backwards for us and being such a reliable and upstanding company!!!
I politely declined his offer. How unprofessional!
Although we have a fairly small home, I was very impressed with how quickly the work was completed. The roof looks excellent, and their clean up after the job was extremely thourough.
I was going to put this at the end but I want to make this point. Read up on roofing and learn what the different types of products there are. This will let you know who knows what they are doing and those who are just trying to make it through the day. Now on to the review...
His name was Tony and he was from Roof Pro. He was very professional and
Needless to say I am still researching roofing companies in the Lafayette area.
Then to my surprise he offered to replace my roof on a weekend with some friends!
It turns out that they have had complaints to the Better Business Bureau about their service.

The next day the friend that recommended this company called to tell me that her roof had been leaking and it had been two days since she had contacted the Roof Pros office, and she had not received a call back or a visit.
Recently I noticed singles on the points of my house were curling.
Clean up was excellent and I'm please with the final product and price for the repair! I highly recommend this company.
When I decided to contract Roof Pro to do the work - I went to the office to sign paperwork. There I found 2 very professional staff members. (Lila was very helpful).
