Great place for families. They do need some kinda p.a system so you don't have to go all over the building looking for your riders.a4
To many children not enough staff, they left my baby crying for over a hour before anyone did anything with him, I could hear him all the way in the next room. I finally had enough, and picked him up and left.
There is a membership specialist that works up front by the name of Megan, she is EXTREMELY HELPFUL when no one else up there seems to care or knows what is going on for certain events, classes or especially with all the childcare information. I think she deserves to hear how greatly she is appreciated at the YMCA...we may not even still be going there if it wasn't for all her help and her kindness and patience with our family.
Been going here since i was a kid. Theres so much to do. Swimming pool, basketball courts, and even has a daycare so adults can have time alone.
My daughter, Gracie has been going to the YMCA for onsite before & after school Y-CARE as well as she has been going to the YMCA during spring break hours as well as during the Summer Camp/School Age Childcare...there is a lot of great to come out of my daughter going to the YMCA...such as the EMPLOYEES THAT DO GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO CARE AND SHOW KINDNESS to the children...the social environment for her to grow in and also know other children that she may of never met if it wasn't for the YMCA.
Weight room has old school feel, but could be a little larger for more comfortable weight lifting sessions as to not be in anyone else's way. Cardio area good and machine weights are good.
