I have dealt with Boost mobile for over two years I have two phones with them and they have always went out of there way to help me ..
After being sold a defective phone less than a week ago and employees speaking down to me, they let me come back in AGAIN on this issue I get told it has a virus on it. So, they sold me a phone with a virus on it and told me to go back home and fix it myself. More inconvenience and more money wasted. They still won't fix it or replace it. I want this issue fixed now!!!!!

If I could give less than one star I would. First off the employees are incredibly rude. I bought a phone from their store less than a week a ago and it ended up being defective. Can't use it. They refuse to fix it or replace it. All I have gotten in return for this mess is more inconvenience and employees that are truly unkind. I suggest going out of town or going online before ever considering wasting your gas to this place.
Sim card kit was $10 more here than at Wal-Mart and employee said there was a $25 activation fee as well for it when the activation is free when you get the Sim card kit from Wal-Mart. Employee lied and said people who bought sim card kit at Wal-Mart still had to go to the Boost building to get it activated and still had to pay the $25 activation fee. Bunch of scammers
