Although the employees are kind they do not take customers seriously. I went to them and told them what I wanted on my vacation because of my lack of experience. They not only tried to sell me on places I did not want to go to, but they would not help me even though I went in there two days in a row. When I asked if it was normal for people to want to explore their options when shopping for a $10000+ vacation the reply was nope they just pick a tour and that is that. I am sorry, but I believe people should know about the product they are buying. I recommend a different travel agent.
