This place is amazing. Leela is a purebred German Shepherd with separation anxiety out the wazoo. To help remedy this, we utilize the daycare center where she's socialized with other doggies. She has best friends there even. And she's exhausted when we get home. Great exercise! We buy her food from here, they carry the only brand and flavor Leela can eat. Plus they only sell the best treats and chews for dogs' tummies. Grooming is fantastic, she doesn't put up a fight because she knows the ladies there. They grind her nails and give her a little bandana to wear home after her bath. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
NO OTHER PLACE WILL YOUR DOG BE TREATED AS SWEETLY AS HERE!! EVERYONE IS AMAZING!! MY DOG AS WELL AS THE OTHERS ALL LOOK SO HAPPY AFTER THEIR STAY(S)!! THE ATMOSPHERE IS LAID BACK, VERY CALM..SO GOOD FOR OUR "BABIES"!! : ) NOTHING BUT PRAISE FOR THE ENTIRE STAFF!! THIS BOUTIQUE WAS SOOOO NEEDED IN OUR COMMUNITY!!
I own a large dog, he's roughly 90lbs and a full blooded German Shepherd. For one, these dogs are known for having high seperation anxiety and not always good with new people. My dog is not aggressive however he is loud when he barks and if he doesn't want to do something he will resist. I gave the boutique fair notice of Tucker's behavior, I also told them everywhere else he had been muzzled him due to the barking. I did not drop off my dog, my fiance did, however I did pick him up. The lady who cashed me out was extremely rude and in my opinion was unprofessional. When I asked how he had been, she basically reiterated all that is stated above, and I explained that I had told the desk lady this when I made the appointment. I also let her know that I had given him some puppy Xanax prior to coming here, her words "Yeah you couldn't tell". She then proceeded to ask me why he was still in tact, I do not show nor am I a vet, and I didn't under stand what she had meant by that, so when I asked what she meant, "WHY DOES HE STILL HAVE HIS TESTICLES" was blurted out to me in the most condescending tone. I don't feel a groomer has the basis nor the authority to ask about my neutering choices. I have not been back to Simon & Halle's since and do not intend to. My dog's grooming looked great but due to the lady's attitude toward me and my dog I will not be back. They should stick to tiny dogs with bows.

We just adopted a dog in March and this was our first experience with him at a groomer. This place was clean, the employees were all very nice, and our dog came out happy and so handsome! I couldn't be happier.
