Great customer service. Fast and courteous! Bank is clean and organized. Also, it's nice to walk in, and they know my name!
Best bank I've ever used! The tellers are always very friendly, I've never been charged some crazy fee, and the only real complaint is how few locations there are along with an often broken ATM.
Nothing this is the worst change I've made. There is nothing convenient about this bank. There's only 3 in town. The atmosphere on teal Rd is broke most of the time and they all close a6 5pm. No drive thru hours. 8am changing banks and making sure it's better than this one!!!!!

Great Customer Service!! You are greeted every time you walk in the door!!! Stephanie Martinez the manager was so nice and helpful!! I am so glad I made the switch from Chase!! So much better of a bank!! I also just got my free $150 deposited into my account for opening an account!!! I love this bank!!!! :) never been happier with a bank!!! So glad that I am greeted with a smile when I walk in the door and all my needs are met before I leave!
