After having several bad experiences at the West Lafayette branch I decided to try the downtown branch. The manager was very nice and informative. The employees also apologized for my terrible experiences with the West Lafayette branch. I appreciate that they took the time to actually ask me for my name, look at my account, listen to my questions, and provide me with information that was useful for me. I am not a big fan of Old National Bank but will remain a customer thanks to this branch and the other Lafayette branches.
