Employee didnt listen to my order correctly and didnt give me the right drinks! I waited like 10 minutes in drive thru, and it wasnt BUSY! Ive had to wait several times when coming here. Im used to the Mcds on Veterans memorial Parkway but they arent open 24 hrs anymore so I have no choice but to come to this Mcds. I miss MY 24 HR MCDS! This 231 Mcds needs some work!
Today was my son's 6th birthday and he picked this for his birthday dinner. Greg our cashier saw my son still wearing his school birthday hat and said, he was going to grab a little something for him! He brought him a free small chocolate shake. How nice!! Thank you!!
Orders are consistently incorrect. I go to the west side. Food is always fresh and correct. Friendly and helpful.
This is the only McDonald’s that gets my “no bun” request correct and has a nice presentation. Thanks!
