In and out with a new (to me) car in less than 3 hours.
I bought a vehicle from here in February of 2015, and ended up trading out for a different vehicle in November of 2016. I had gap insurance on the car so I know I am entitled to a refund. The original term was 72 months so I know I should have money coming back. I have tried calling over and over but keep getting put off to another person and have actually been hung up on a few times. I don't understand how they continue doing business when there are this many terrible reviews online. Even if they are ok up front, it becomes apparent that all they care about is the sale at the end of the day. They're withholding money from me hoping I'll forget about it or something. Horrible customer service.
My Wife,Beagle and I were met with 5 Star Status. Todd was Wonderful as well as the entire staff We encountered. I actually started the process on my phone But once Todd took The Reigns thing's went Even easier. The entire process took about 24 hours and we're now the Proud owners of a New car. I read some reviews From others and I'm not sure where they're talking about OR who, But I'd recommend this dealership anytime... especially Todd. Lots of shady used car lots in town and these clowns are some of the worst.
Just save your time, money and business and find a lot better and honest dealer! Regardless how nice and professional you are dealing with these people they wont care and they all just want a sale! Do not be fooled by these people. Go to other dealership. We bought a van last month that turned out has issues not just with the sensor that they fixed but also with timing belt and water pump. Hopefully no more hidden defects.
