My wife and I were referred to Bob Rohrman Toyota by a dear friend. We had a few rough experiences buying cars in the past, but this was much different. We drove two hours from Chicago and the minute we pulled in the dealership we were welcomed by one of the salesman, Dalton, who was very professional, friendly, and honest. The same can be said of the manager, Trey, and the rest of the team as they were all kind and accommodating, making the process as quick and smooth as possible. We got a great deal and the service was unmatched. We would recommend them to anyone and we will most definitely be back in the future to purchase our next car!

They listened to what we were looking for and helped us find the perfect car. Trey and others answered all of our questions, including during the financing process. I thought I was getting a good deal and a safe vehicle. Turns out when I drove it off the lot after buying it...car needed new struts up front and the ball shock joint was loose causing 1600 in repair right of the bat. Then during inspection I'm informed the tie rods are loose and will need replaced so another 550. Called to find out if the dealership knew it was in such unsafe condition and was told by the sales manager that the safety inspection was given and they put 1000 into it to fix it up. When asked what was replaced he said windshield wipers..battery...and new tires. Tires are need of replacing in the front already at 5\32 tread so i pushed on it and was told that since it was sold as it for 8000 it's my own problem to fix it even though vehicle was legally unsafe. So sorry bout ya. Wow I will die before I buy another vehicle from any Bob Rorhman dealership. Word to the wise...if you are considering it...insist on a vehicle inspection or that they allow you to take it to a mechanic for thorough inspection. On a good note. Dalton was my salesperson...he was extremely helpful and courteous.
Our best car-buying experience ever! We had been searching online for a specific vehicle from our home in North Carolina and finally found the perfect one to meet our needs at Bob Rohrman Toyota in Lafayette. Marcus made it easy for us to negotiate the purchase of our new vehicle and the trade-in of our old Toyota. When we arrived at the dealership on a cold, blustery day, our shiny nearly new Highlander was immaculate and parked inside. We were greeted warmly by Marcus and our salesman Larry, who spent at least an hour with us, explaining all the features of the new vehicle. We have never experienced the level of personal attention that Larry gave us, both during the delivery and the next day when we had a question. We also found Graham to be very personable, honest and professional in his role handling our paperwork. A+ guys! We only wish you were our local Toyota dealer.
We were met by a knowledgeable sales person names Cyndi, even before we entered the building. We told her we had made an appointment to speak with another sales person, who was no longer there. Cyndi asked what we were interested in - test driving an Avalon Hybrid and she quickly got one for us to test. She explained the various features while we were sitting in the vehicle before starting our drive. When we returned, Trey (General Manager) was there and asked us how Cyndi had done - fantastic, and what we thought of the new Avalon. My wife and I loved the car, but she wanted a different exterior color and different colored leather seats. Trey went to his computer and started searching for the particular model desired, while Cyndi explained more of the safety features we weren't familiar with. Trey returned and said he had found the desired car and could have it in Lafayette in a few days. When the car arrived, Cyndi made the transaction easy and within an hour, we had driven off the lot with the desired car. FANTASTIC job, Rohrman Toyota.
