Awesome experience! Ron and the entire team walked me through the entire experience as I was turning in my leased Dodge Dart. No one tried to tell me I could afford a "few" more dollars per month or just take a "little" more from my savings for a bigger down payment. Ron made sure I knew every button and feature of my car. I have never had that happen. I had thought about keeping my car, but working with the original dealer and financing, well let me just say that getting a root canal would be a much more pleasant experience. Thank you!!
My experience was one of the best I've had as far as customer service goes. I don't care how well you do your job if you aren't courteous and welcoming you will not receive my repeat business. I can say assuredly that this service center will receive all the business I can afford to bring there. The staff was exemplary at every point of my experience, where I even was given a head nod from a technician I was observing through the glass partition.
I highly recommend Pam Strain she went above and beyond to get us what we wanted. She showed us cars under the pouring rain she watched my boys so we could test drive a car. She is very friendly and caring we left so happy we our purchase! Thank you Pam!

This review is for the Chevy used car dealership. My husband and I went in to look at a few used vehicles. We were quickly introduced to a sales associate who began showing us vehicles. When we shared our price range with the sales associate he did not appear to be understanding by showing us multiple vehicles out of our price range. We proceeded to look at a few of the vehicles that he provided that were closer to what we were asking. We shared the vehicle was for me, I am a woman, and my husband frequently directed the sales associate to me for any questions or comments. At any question I asked the sales associated demonstrated a lack of respect for what I was saying. The sales associate continued through out the process to refer to my husband for things in regards to the vehicle. The sales associate I truly believe was trying to do what was his best however, it was not a pleasant car buying experience. The positive of the experience was the finance manager we worked with who was absolutely wonderful! Truthfully if the vehicle had not been exactly what we wanted and my very kind patient husband had not asked me to look past the sales associate we would not have purchased a vehicle from this dealership. Again, this review is more of our car buying experience rather than the entire dealership. The dealership itself was clean and inviting and the finance manager was wonderful.
