My first experience was unbelievable. Joe in Service took such good care of me. I'd just bought My Nissan thru another dealership and needed A Spare key made. Joe ran the VIN# and found A recall they tended to as well as a complete check Over along with a Free Wash. OH yeah the key... turned out the programming wasn't going to be compatible with My present key. Joe offed me to Just have to purchase a second key And they'd program it for free. ALL this for A First time patron And I didn't EVEN buy the car from them. They've got my business now. The entire staff seem Very Professional!!
I was ignored... the entire time I was there. Went to Bill Defouw and before I even shut the door to my car, a representative approached me with a bottle of water and a handshake. He said, you would look great in a Ford Fusion. I sat in it, drove it, and bought it from them the next day.
Update (7/6): Kendrick Nissan found the vehicle that i have been looking for. I went in today to take a look and IT IS IT!!! Jeff, Scott, Alex, and Mike who were there today made the process pain-free and full of excitement. I cannot imagine going anywhere else! Thank you so much Kendrick Nissan!!!!!

I had a vague idea of what vehicle I wanted and how much I wanted to pay. The sales staff (Bob, Steve, Scott and Phil) were amazing. They were so patient with me and didn't pressure me to sign on the dotted line. They were able to answers all my questions. Although I didn't get to where I would be financially comfortable, I will definitely be back when they get the trim level of the chosen vehicle that meets my price point. I can't wait!!!
