Excellent experience here! Called the day before and they said they were two weeks away from an available appointment. Decided to give them a second chance and went in the next day unannounced. The staff, specifically Jeff Jones, Jordan Fullerton, and one other at the middle desk that I can't remember, were great! Jeff was very attentive to my issue of fried spark plugs and misfiring cylinders. He promptly helped me out, walked me through the process, gave me an accurate and honest price range for the cost and time of repair. Being from out of town (from Chicago) and needing same day service, he guaranteed me it would get done and followed through. Jordan was quick to my aid when I requested the replaced parts be retrieved and kept so that I can get them refunded from a different dealership near my house who botched the job just days before. My 3 hours ride home up 65 and 294 was smooth as could be and I am very please with the final result! Shannon at the front desk who was also efficient with the payment let me borrow a phone charger while I was waiting. Thanks team, outstanding job! Will definitely recommend to my friends still attending Purdue.
This review is for the Heavy Duty Truck center as I have a 2012 F250 Diesel. I had 2 issues with the truck early on while still under 36K warranty. Windshield wipers inadvertently actuate while driving down the road and A/C quit cooling on hot days when truck was stopped. Raisor "could not duplicate the issues". When truck was just passed 36k they diagnosed the coolant fan not coming on and wanted $800 to fix it. Service advisor said I needed to contact Ford to work out warranty issue. (I replaced the TRW wiper switch myself as the wiper problem grew worse). Raisor is the only dealer near me now so I gave them another call as I now have a coolant leak at 70k. I messaged them and young lady said she would have diesel shop contact me. They never called. Sorry, I do not have confidence in them.

Stopped in to have my 2010 Ford Harley Davidson edition ( my girl ) and was given the red carpet treatment. Bryan the manager was more than helpful, we were treated like we had just spent 50,000 on a new vehicle. I was impressed with the friendly atmosphere of the place,,, very clean shop and waiting room. They take the time to make sure they are meeting you the customer's expectations. I asked to have a couple of things looked at because of some concerns, they did just what I asked for,,,, offered a time to have it repaired if I chose to have them do the work, absolutely no pressure. These are the kind of places that as consumers, we look for. A big thank you to Bryan and the team for a job well done. I will definitely continue to do business here.
Went for an oil change. After standing around for 5 minutes without hardly any acknowledgement I was finally addressed by someone who seemed to have zero skills in customer service. Ended up just leaving and giving my business to Midas. Didn't get the impression that they really cared anyway. On the chance that someone actually does read this at Mike Raisor: a little training for the people dealing with customers would go a long way. Looking up when someone walks in and letting them know what's going on instead of staring down at the desk and making them guess is not only helpful but would fall under basic interpersonal skills. Unfortunately I won't be going back here for any future service.
