Took my recently purchased used Ford van in for ac and a sqeaky grinding break in May 2017. Charged me $40 to tell me the break pads were new with old rotors. Did nothing said would get better. Gave it a chance. Dec 2017 breaks still squeak and grinding worse, now rubbing noises while driving. Had taken vehicles there before and felt slimy. Definitely feels real slimy now. Wont go back.
I went here to look at leasing a car. After going to three dealerships, Ford definitely did not have the best deal by a long shot for what I was looking for (small car with good gas milage). The sales associates were nice, though not extremely enthusiastic in trying to sell the car to me.
I take my Mazda here for everything. Matter of fact, taking it in today. The finest service, friendly, they know what they are talking about and doing. I do buy my Mazda out of town because they are a bit high here, but service is great! Honored my warranty 1 time because of the battery failed with no questions asked. Great customer service.
I couldn't tell you about buying a car, but if you need service on your Ford or Mazda, please look no further. I'm not from Lafayette, but while driving through I blew two tires and dented my rims. The wonderful people here did everything they could to get me on my way as soon as possible, including even giving us a free rental when we had to get a hotel for the night. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.
