Recently purchased a 2008 F150. Had some financing issues and Jay Mason was very patient and helped me with everything he could untill the until the moment I drove off the lot, and even followed up a few days later after my purchase. Very friendly staff and excellent selection of quality pre-owned vehicles. Would recommend to anyone, and will personally be returning for my next vehicle. Jay is very professional and tells it how it is, honest and a real straight shooter, which hard to come by in a car salesman.
We were handed off to Jeremy Ewing for the financing and he did an awesome job. Even when we hit an obscure credit union rule that complicated the process Jeremy handled it like a professional and I drove away in an amazing 2015 Mazda 6.
I literally just finished the paperwork on my 2014 Ford Fusion and it was probably the most enjoyable car buying experience of my life. When my aging 1999 Malibu needed a repair that would cost more than the car was worth, I decided it was time to purchase a newer car. We've had great experiences with Mike Raisor Pre-owned in the past so it was an obvious choice to start my search.
I quickly found a couple of cars I was interested in online and drove over to the Pre-owned lot where I was greeted by Jay Mason. He was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process and let me take my first choice on an extended test drive. When I decided to purchase that car Jay skillfully did all of the necessary work while keeping my wife and I busy in conversation and the time flew by. Jay gave me the full KBB trade-in value for my old car and with an online promotion I received an extra $500 trade-in allowance; $1000 for a 1999 Malibu was a pleasant suprise!
