just all around bad service and people never go there, yes they are cheap and yes i am being rude but it is that bad. they dont treat their customers with respect if your vehicle breaks down dont expect to take it back to them to fix it because they will get crappy with you over the phone. I had 4 problems with the vehicle that i got within 2 months not only that there was no oil in it when i got it the lights didnt work and the brakes are shot, the tranny is goin and it needs two sensors replaced. Their vehicles may look nice but they are not worth your time. You spend more time fixing them than you do driving them.
so something i find very funny Jeff sarault is a real estate agent in Vancouver! I doubt a real estate agent is buying from a sleazy lot like this! also if you click his name...he has only done 1 review.....guess who his 1 review is for? yea...anyways my personal exp. these guys are RUDE! If you look at their website...they have auctioned cars that no one else would bid on and even further the 97 Mercury Mountaineer i test drove had a slipping tranny to begin with. after i drove about 15 minutes i noticed it was running hotter than imo normal. once i got back to the lot ( i wont call it a dealership) i voiced my concerns. They all rolled there eyes and one guy said...well princess you are not buying a new car!( calling me gay) ITS A 97! well buddy take your 97 and shove it straight up your ass! now its "on special" ! i really cant even begin to understand how what they do is leagel!
Hi, I just want you all to know how BAD this place is, so I am writing a review to save you before you waste your money! When I first purchased this car a week after the transmission went out. As we got looking under the car there were so many oil leaks, the CV- Axel was ripped, the whole front end was going to need so many repairs, and there was rust on the engine that shouldn't be there. This car was clearly unattended while at the Payless Auto and that shows that they just let there vehicles sit and not give a crap who buys them. Yes I might be rude but it's even ruder when u try and be civil with the people and they just make excuse after excuse to try and get your money. When you put more money into the car then what it's worth and their still making you pay on the car then it's totally not worth it. This place is a joke! I only had the vehicle for 8 months and there was already all these problems!!! Waste of perfectly good money, stress and time!!
Ive always had a good experience with these guys I have bought 4 cars from them and some of them did need work but it is expected at the price that you buy them if lights dont work n oil isn't in the car then its on you to check before you buy it then its on you
