don't go to this dentist. 4 months after the initial appt to get crowns put in, i finally had to go to a different dentist to finish the job. stay away from this practice.
DO NOT GO HERE! I got procedures done that didnt need done and had to get a crown. I have had to have to crown adjusted a couple times and it causes me discomfort. When I called back for what seemed like the 30th time, they told me to come back in the next day. Then they called me back and said the dentist doesnt want to see me, she wants me to go to a root canal specialist!!! I spent $1,300 there and she wouldn't even see me! I wish I wouldve read the reviews. This lady was the worst dentist I've ever visted. She is lazy and money hungry.
Colleen Baines seems to practice very unethical business practices. My experience, my families and 3 other friends I know had similar, maddening experiences with this woman. My last visit there, this week, she kept me waiting for over an hour and half!!! I ended up leaving and going to Mill Creek Dental...highly recommended.

Colleen goes out of her way to sell you unnecessary procedures and exams, much of which is not covered by insurance. I think that she is scam...Stay Away...read the reviews.
