The reason for the 2 stars, even with such a horrible experience the staff were truly nice and very polite. I can't lie about that. They were very pleasant to be around. They just messed my mouth up.
I had a crown that was old and came loose. The dentist made accommodations to see me within an hour. The dentist was able to save the crown at a very reasonable price. I am totally satisfied every time I visit the office.
Dentist and staff are always so friendly, helpful and accommodating. They explain your treatment plan so you know what to expect out of pocket...no surprises. I would recommend this dental office with no hesitation!
Staff are friendly, the environment is comfortable, and they take their time to do things right. You will feel comfortable being here.
Went in today for her to look at TMJ issues. First time seeing this doctor. She was fantastic! Extremely knowledgeable! She connected a lot of dots for me. For something years ago I was told I just have to live with, this doctor has told me there are corrective options! She is truly a top notch dentist! And extremely nice and listens well! Highly recommend!
My experience was horrible with them. I went for a cleaning and left with my mouth messed up for what seems like forever now. I needed a few fillings and had them done that day. First to numb me was horrible. I was over numbed and my face was swollen for about 24hrs. Not the typical 2-4hrs. Then my bite was off, which is a given since my mouth was swollen. That part didnt bother me so much. Went in to have them fix it. Felt a little better but my bottom right side of my jaw was still hurting constantly. I go back they say everything looks fine and my mouth will heal on it own time. Here it is almost 2 months later and my jaw is a constant pain that never goes away. I wish I never went to them. I wish I would of read the reviews first but i was excited to be seen so soon. This has been one of the worst experiences I've ever had.
I really love Deerfoot Trails. I'm just sad that the insurance I have now considers them out of network and won't cover visits.
