I love absolutely love supporting local stores. So go to Roths or Mckinneys flowers. Not this place. I made an order and canceled same day because when I called they decided not to tell me they were closed for the weekend and told
Me to pick up Friday when they were completely closed all weekend (when I needed the flowers) Waste of time. Then they still decided to charge me and it's been two weeks now calling multiple times and showing up multiple times trying to get my money back and each time the door was locked.... Very unhelpful. Very frustrating and very bad business. I highly suggest you go somewhere else.
I like using LOCAL florists when purchasing flowers for delivery. I like talking to the designers or staff who will help design my flowers and/or deliver them. I like to support local florists who support the local economy. I called this place and they never even picked up the phone- routed me to some answering service out of Arkansas. You might as well use 1-800-flowers or some other generic delivery service. Very unfortunate.
