Got there a few minutes before closing and they were super kind and helpful to get me the flowers that I needed. As they were preparing the flowers, I saw a cop outside next to my car because I had parked illegally (a parade was coming through in 30 minutes). The cop made me move my car before my flowers were ready. Luckily for me, the staff waited patiently and helped give me direction to get back for flowers even though it was past closing time. 5 stars, great experience.

Worst customer service i couldve ever expected from a florist. Called them today, and told the lady i was looking for something for my moms birthday. I told her i was just looking for something 'pretty and colorful' and under $40. I told her, im a guy, i dont know much about flowers, im just looking for something 'pretty and colorful'. I mean. Theyre florists right? Should be simple.
Best florist in town. The flowers are beautiful, the price is acceptable, flowers are fresh and last a long time, and the owner is fantastic. He started there at a young age and eventually bought the shop. It's been in the same location for a long time. Even though the location is downtown, there is ample parking.

If i were a manager or owner of this place, id seriously question my employees customer service training. If this lady answers the phones regularly, your losing money. She didnt qualify me as a salesman wouldve to discern my needs and offer options in my price range. It seemed like she didnt know flowers from a hole in the wall. No upsells, no customer service 'voice', kind of an 'i dont want to be here attitude.' This is not what i was expecting and i was completely turned off. In the future, this is what i will associate with roth, and my business will be taken to the other shop, which i wont name because im not a shill.
No. I had yo repeat 'pretty and colorful' 4 times while she walked me through what colors she had available. I told her...it doesnt matter to me what colors are in it...im looking for something 'pretty and colorful' for my moms bday. This concept seemed out of her grasp as she walked me through what colors she had, again, in a monotone voice, obviously not understanding what a good customer service voice was. In the end, they couldnt have anything ready in the time frame i needed it in, so i called another company right down the road, told him what i just went through with Roth "florists" and he quickly understood my needs and filled them with a list of different choices in my price range. His customer service was so good, i even let him upsell me into a balloon. The Roth lady didnt even try to upsell me!!!
