Arrived one hour before closing and not a customer was in the store. Was told that the person was cleaning up the store and was no longer offering haircuts. Will never be back again.
Do not go here unless you are wanting some sort of buzz cut or a shampoo. The stylists don't listen to what you want because they deem themselves "professionals" and assume they know better. Easily top 3 worst hair cutting experiences of my life.
If there was a lower score this place would get it. Took my mother there and she had an exact photo of what she wanted front and back and the stylist said that the cut would be no problem. within minutes of starting the cut the woman looked at the photo and then started asking what my mom wanted and my mom reached up and handed her the phone with the pictures on it and said "I want this exactly." Woman said ok and turned the chair away from the mirror and began hacking away at her hair. 20 minutes later she turns the chair toward the mirror and to my poor mothers horror she looked like a man sporting a faux hawk style. My mother asked her if she could attempt to fix her hair and show her how she managed to translate what was in the picture (a lovely picture of hilary clinton) to david beckhams latest do. The stylist got huffy and when it was all said and done my mother was practically in tears as the stylist just made things worse and charged us twice for styling resulting in a 45 dollar bill. Bottom line dont go here unless you lose a bet or its real close to halloween.
Been going here for years and never had a bad experience. I know most everyone who works there and have always enjoyed my time getting my hair done. When something isn't right, they've fixed it. Great place.
It was very nice, I got an undercut on the right side of my head and got the length increasing as it went around to the left side. Was done quickly, and they took my suggestions into account as they did so!
