Great customer service and communication
We've used Magna Dry for over 20 years ,most recently we had a large area rug cleaned in the "river "and it looks amazing. Not only does Ron's team do a terrific job cleaning, their customer service goes above and beyond.
Excellent Service with a great product. I have used Magna Dry twice for home carpet cleaning. Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Carpets were just like new when they were finished. I happy with their services and i would highly recommend them.
Great people all around. They showed up 10 minutes early, put a mat down at the front door so they wouldn't track in any dirt. The guys were friendly, and even helped us move some furniture while they were there! Carpets looked great when done, the couches my dogs sleep on looked like new. Awesome.
The service is great and the carpet was very clean afterwards. They do a great job all around.
