The dry cleaning was a B- ; not bad really.. But when I arrived, the credit card machine was not working. No offers on the part of staff or management to let me write a check or any other alternative. Being that this place is out of my way and I wasn't interested in making another trip, I had to make an ATM withdrawal from a foreign ATM machine. I was not happy. I thought it would have been polite of staff to either offer to take a check or allow me to pay on my next trip - after all, this is their problem, not mine. Instead, I got hit for $6.00 in extra fees.. I didn't appreciate it at all. There also didn't seem to be any indication they were calling Tech folks to press the issue, just a sign up saying "Credit Card Machine Down". When I asked about it, they were like, "yeah, that doggone thing.." And when I explained I had taken a $6 hit on the deal, they were like "yeah, sorry.." I won't be returning..

Wonderful place work done on site. I have been to every cleaners I can think of. This one had the care and attention to detail often offering to tack down tags that have come loose and get stains out that other have not. Be very clear and specific with vintage articles. Most cleaners do a terrible job with these pieces, but if you express to them where you want your cleaner tag they will take care of it. Really they appear to be incredably communicative and don't up charge for small things like other cleaners do.
Wonderful Job with my cotton show shirts, starched, clean, and creased!
Me: "a dry cleaning won't fix his uniform that we have to trash, sir. And after this how do I know that it won't happen again?"
Me: "clearly you don't understand the issue and the importance of this and my husband's military uniform being in regulation. I have a receipt showing the price, and I'm not trying to pull a fast one."
Them: "we're offering a free cleaning. I'm not paying for your shirt, and to be honest I don't even want to offer the cleaning."
Them: "go right ahead since you won't take the cleaning. I'm not paying for your shirt."
Them: "Well we're not paying for something you must have done. I'll offer you a dry cleaning instead."
Thank you!
Them: "well that's not our problem and I'm not going to pay $60 to replace a shirt."
Me: "I'm sorry sir but I know how to check a uniform and it wasn't there when I sent it in. And I gave instructions on how to put the chevrons on, and it wasn't followed, they're too low."
Them: "Well, I saw the tear, and there's just no way that we did it. I asked everyone and they said they couldn't have done it. It's not our fault."
Me: "Alright. Since you're clearly choosing to accuse me of not taking care of my husband's uniform I'm sorry, but I'm taking my business elsewhere."
Unprofessional to say the least. I recently brought 4 brand new dress shirts into TNT to have pressed and heavy starched for my fathers funeral. Not a single shirt was pressed at all(bubbles in the fabric from starch being sprayed on and then left to dry.) 1 shirt left the cleaner with a large brown spot on the front that I can assure you was not there when I removed the packaging from Macy's. So I took pictures of the poorly pressed and stained shirt and left out of town for the funeral. Upon returning I confronted the owner about the services I received and she insinuated that I was lying even though I had pictures to prove the poor service I was provided. I have had my suits and shirts cleaned pressed and starched by Morellis in Indianapolis since 2005 without a single problem and unfortunately I used TNT in a pinch. After arguing with the owner for 10 plus minutes she finally refunded the $12 for my cleaning bill but the $65 shirt is still left stained and ruined. In closing I was unable to wear the green shirt to my Irish fathers funeral and had to properly press and starch my shirts myself. I would highly recommend you stay clear of TNT dry cleaning unless you are prepared to give your money away and have a strong desire to be disrespected with accusations of lying.
