Always makes good sandwiches and never had a problem with them.
I have no issues with jimmy johns, but this particular location is vastly uneducated on customer service. After forgeting the cookie in the order, it took 2 hours, and three phone calls to get it.
The food was good as always. The cashier wasn't very helpful when I asked about the menu and was very short with her responses. They forgot the avocado spread on the beach club and I asked for bacon and was charged for it but did not get it on the sub. If I hadn't taken it to go I would have sent it back. Not very pleased with my experience at this location.
They were busy so they said i wasn't in there area.... When I Have ordered there multiple times before. Straight lazy workers.
Never had less than a five star experience. The food has all ways been fresh and the employees have all ways been friendly and accurate with our orders.
