Absolutley awful. Ordered my pizza 3 hours ahead of time and half an hour after it was supposed to show up I called and they told me that they were extremely busy and the pizza had just left. Its a 10 minute drive but my pizza arrived 45 minutes later and we found out that they lied to us and management working there got all of the orders mixed up and had no idea what order they were supposed to go in. On top of that my order wasn't correct. Its not worth it folks, go somewhere else.
Caught the delivery driver speeding through my neighborhood in his white PT Cruiser for the second time - and reported him to the police - for the second time. I don't eat here due to the bad reviews, and I never will; but that driver and I will be going round and round one of these days. I feel it coming...
I am a manager at Papa John's and I completely agree with a lot of you guys decisions and how you guys feel about how the pizza is being made. I stress this out to all my employees to make sure that before we make any orders make sure you quality check the pizza before it leaves the door and with a lot of new people being on the staff it doesn't help because we're also in the process of trying to train new staff also I, understand you guys may be upset about a lot of things that you see when you come in to the store but I promise you, it is never always like that. I promise you as a manager that if you give me the chance in the opportunity to keep your business, I will be sure to make your life a little less complicated. Some other managers there think that it's OK to shorten a customers order of less product or just really don't care how a customer feels. I get very upset seeing this time to time customers getting this treatment. If I notice any issues that need to be corrected I will work my hardest to make your experience at our store more pleasant. Thank you.
Good place to grab a Pizza especially if you order online or from an app on your phone so you can get it at a reasonable price. Not a top notch pizzeria, but blows domino's, pizza hut, and arnie's in my opinion.
Our large was a medium the pizza is dry and like cardboard no flavor very very disappointed. $40 in pizza for almost inedible food.
