Online order great in store pick up for your food. I arrived about 10 min late due to traffic and food was still hot and fresh
Service was friendly, but busy and loud. For $11 the burgers should be extraordinary, but they are fairly blah. Prices are high for the quality of food. However, they have started a lunch menu where it is possible to get and entree, side, and water for under $10 with tip. So upping my rating to four stars for the new menu. Burgers are still rather blah, but the chili is awesome if you like it super thick and meat.
Decent wings that an okay price on Tuesdays and Thursdays respectively
So tonight was busy because of a baseball game. My boyfriend and I came in and ordered our drinks and wings right away. Initially the waitress said it would take 30-45 minutes for the food to be ready. After waiting for an hour, another customer came up to our table and told us that her party had been there for 3 hours. 2 hours for the food and 1 hour for the check. A table sitting next to us had been waiting 2 hours. There was a table that got sat after us and they got their food before ours. We finally got up and left and just paid for the two drinks, which was $6.18. They didn’t offer a discount or anything. Worst experience ever and won’t be returning. It’s also my birthday.
Service was great food was good and hot. Waited too long for a hamburger but once we got it the meal was fine
