My only complaint is that the hours changed. The office closed at 1pm, which was a little inconvenient, but still worked for me. These hours may be temporary or subject to change though.
Best Prices and Close to Campus
I got the smallest unit, and it was the cheapest I could find in town. The building was within walking distance from my apartment so it was very convenient. The Lady that worked the office was very nice and accommodating. I was late with one payment but the late fee seemed reasonable and everything got taken care of in a timely manner.
We got a storage locker from these people because we were were moving across country and did not have the time to move all our stuff with us. the first few moths everything was fine then we got a call from them asking how long we wanted it and that they had noticed that there were allot of valuable things in our locker, my motorcycle, furniture so on. witch made me wonder how they knew what was in my locker. a few more months go buy and we notice that they haven't been cashing our checks. we try to contact them about this but the only answer after you call 20 times in a row and then they say there an answering service. and can we take a message. long and short they stole our stuff over $20,000 worth. we've contacted a lawyer who is currently contacting others to build a case againts them stay far away from these crooks.
Overall, I found the experience excellent.
