Store is amazing. Customer service was terrible. 3 girls couldn't even wrangle a baby kingsnake about 10" long because they were terrified of it. Wouldn't even let me hold it to see it to decide if I wanted it. Was gonna buy it but the rude sales girl totally turned me off from doing business with them.
Seriously helpful staff here. I have a skin issue with the dog I have, and 3 of the staff, including the manager on duty, spent 1-1/2 hours with me to select food and shampoo products to alleviate or hopefully get rid of the problem. Best part is if none work within 60 days, I can take it back with the receipt & exchange for something else, or a full refund. However, if I exchange, they will donate what I returned to one of the shelters here in town so the product isn't wasted! Win win no matter how it turns out!
Always been clean, the workers are helpful,store is always clean doesn't smell. I've taken my children and animals there and have gotten pets from there as well as there bedding, food, toys, vitamins, training,etc. Always been pleasant
You guys are so nice and care for our dog. We just picked up our dog there after her hair cut and they did a fantastic job.
I'm getting a hamster here today. I'm hoping they have quite a selection to choose from and have everything I need for low prices.But I have been to this exact store and they have friendly staff and nice pets for sale. I definitely do recommend this store for anyone who needs anything or is looking for a pet. They have everything you could possibly think of you need for your pet!
