Usually I have a pretty good experience at this store. However, when I called to ask about their hours for Memorial Day the lady on the phone didn't even let me finish my sentence, told me the hours for the day, and hung up. Very rude in my opinion.
For 3 weeks I've been stopping in looking for a product from beyond the zone they carry. Their truck as not delivered 1 in 3 weeks! Seriously what kind of way is this to business?? Whomever is doing their ordering should be evealuated . I will just order online and hopefully from another company.
I've been a customer at Sallys for many years now and would like to start off by saying since many of these reviews were posted the staff has changed for the better. My most recent visit I was greeted by both employees working and one asked if I needed help finding anything which I kindly denied. While browsing the hair color I did end up asking for some help, she happily came over and answered all my questions and was very educated on the process and science behind coloring. Later on while browsing through hair care the second employee working approached and asked if she could help me find anything. I ended up getting her recommendations on hair products. She asked me a few questions about my hair, my routine, and I'd I had any specific concerns. After answering she pointed me to a few different things which I did purchase, I have used to products too and see a difference already. Overall my experience was wonderful and I will be back again and again.
She was okay and seemed to try.
#1. I went to the counter and asked the first woman (with short hair) where a specific product was. She showed me and quickly started walking away before I could enquire more about the product. As I asked questions she kind of turned around and seemed more and more irritated with me, even insulting my hair in the process of telling me which to choose.
#2. This girl (long hair) was helpful but not knowledgeable, even admitting she hasn't used the product I was asking about, "but we sell some of them, so it must be good."
Later I had another question about a different product and as I walked to the counter, she kind of hid behind her coworker and pretended to be busy.
I was very underwhelmed with the service. I would hope to be able to go to an establishment like this and get solid advice. Instead I was initially ignored and insulted. Thankfully the third lady was there to at least try to help me.
Horrible service! No one at the front of the store when I arrived. Finally saw someone in the back. The worker looked directly at me and looked away. Figured she was still trying to get herself together so I kept looking. I had to find her for some help - which was extremely poor. Found her on the floor filling supplies. She never bothered to get up and talk to me. I needed information on products for cancer survivors who are losing their eyebrows and eyelashes. Extremely poor customer service.
Overall terrible service. Hopefully you know exactly what you want and where it is on the shelves before entering this establishment. There were three ladies working when I went into Sally's today. All ignored me (I was not greeted by anyone) as I entered and began to wander the aisles. I had never been before so I didn't know where anything was.
#3. As I was walking around aimlessly (still couldn't find a third product I was looking for), a third girl (short pink hair) approached me and asked if I needed help. She knew some things about the products and did her best to give me information about them.
