Says open at 10 am, sitting outside at 10:58. Sign says open, lights on, but door is locked. Great customer service! I was coming in to switch carriers, but not thinking Verizon is the best option at this point.
Came in to switch some lines around. Ended up getting a new phone too. Phill took really good care of me through the whole process. Highly recommend to anyone.
Have been a Verizon customer in Lafayette area for a little over 2 years now. Last summer I drowned my iPhone 6, and was patiently waiting for a sale to get a new one (but no luck; thanks to the Samsung 7 debacle, Apple did not change their pricing during the holidays).
Always the best place to go for help. Sometimes the wait is a bit long but so much better than stores that sell verizon. Version stores are the best way to go for help.
Today I bit the bullet and visited the Verizon shop-- and was very pleasantly shocked to hear that I could purchase an iPhone 7 with some price reduction, plus a $200 discount for customer loyalty!! It was also a good time to update my plan, which was priced 50% lower than my previous one. My monthly bill is now hovering slightly above $100, and that includes installment payments for the iPhone 7.

My husband and I have been Verizon customers for years! We came to this location to upgrade our iphone5's to the iPhone 7's we sat there for over 29 minutes with out even being acknowledged. There were at least four employees. Two of them were tending to other customers and the other two were just at the desk. They were on tablets and phones and talking to each other. But could have at least let us know they'd be with us. Shortly. Or not act like we weren't there. We had our 10 month old with us who was getting antsy so we took our business else we're. Not good customer service.
I had a great experience with the service staff (namely EA). He made sure to find every discount available to me, and doubled checked all pricing. I never thought we'd get such fine, professional service in a phone store!
