My little kitten had been told by Purdue that he needed to be put to sleep, I brought him back to this clinic and Dr Miller and Dr Forde saved his life! I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone that wants genuine care for thier fur babies!! Best staff and best Vets in town!
The care, patience, and attention my family's pet has received at the VCA has been remarkable. The vets and assistants have taken time to get to know our dog before the examination began. For example, our puppy is a bit nervous, so the staff sat with her on the floor, calmly approached her, and helped to make sure her visits are positive experiences.
When I had dogs years earlier, other vets in other towns put my dogs on the counter, gave the shots, pulled at their ears and muzzles, and sent us on our way. As a result, my dogs were always terrified to go the vet, which was a huge inconvenience. That experience has not been the case with the VCA at all.
Can't even express how much I love this place!! The doctors and all the staff are absolutely amazing!! I left my old vet for them after a misdiagnosis from them caused me to say goodbye to a beloved pet far to early. One of the few places that still do what they do for the love of the animal instead of money!! I recommend them to all my friends!!
I love VCA. The staff was super kind, and gentle to my cat Pookie Monster. I highly recommend this place, not only is the staff nice but the place was super clean. Thank you so much for taking care of my baby.
In addition, we have seen no long waits in the waiting room, and no difficulty with setting appointments. Best of all, they are happy to share their expert opinions, and have answered a great many questions about vaccinations and other curiosities. Lastly, they are updating and improving their interior. Impressive place.
Was told I should give my dog to the animal shelter after she broke her leg and I inquired about the cost. After coming up with the money, even though it's two weeks before Christmas, I was told it would cost around 30 to 40 dollars a week after that in order to re-bandage her. When asked to schedule for her re-bandage, I again wanted a confirmation on the price, 72.00 is what I'm being told now. I asked why the price difference, and I'm being told that the same vet who was so rude and treated me like a bad pet owner who needed to give my dog up to a shelter after coming up with almost 400$ on a whim needs to examine her now every week, instead of having the vet tech change her cast out every week like I was originally told. We love our puppy and she is apart of our family, thank God this lady isn't a pediatrician! Would her answer to a child with a broken bone be, "well, we are going to rack this bill up as much as possible and if you can't afford it than maybe you should give your child up?" Now, I'm finding it hard to find another vet who will finish out my dogs care. Do yourself a favor and don't even start with this place!
