I have rented here twice so far. They did not have the exact car class I rented for on both the occasions. Usually with other rental agencies, I get an upgrade (for the same price) if the exact class is unavailable, but here I ended up paying more for a higher class once and ended up paying the same amount for a lower class the other time. The cars were fairly new and very clean, so no complaints on that front. Budget is value for money, so you get exactly what you pay for. If you want over and above customer service, choose Enterprise.
The absolute best Customer Service. I called ordered a car from Florida, when I arrived in Lafayette the car was ready and waiting ! Man at desk was the most helpful and friendly I have ever experienced. Do listen to bad reviews
Great experience renting here. We were recently in town for soocer Nationals. We changed our plans with the car and they we super accommodating. We never waited to pick up or return, and they couldn't have been nicer. I highly recommend renting here.
