Extremely rude staff and branch manager! I don't even want to give them one star. I made a reservation online and when I got to the store I was told that they did not have anymore vehicles. The branch manager was no help and was very unprofessional. I would not recommend renting from Hertz at all, instead go with Enterprise.
I have used enterprise for the last two years and only rented from Hertz because of an outlying matter. However, they were much less expensive than enterprise for the day. In fact, $30 cheaper for the same mid sized car. I will go back to Hertz again, I wish I would have known I would have used Hertz instead of enterprise for all of my business travel. The staff was super friendly and very quick to process my stuff.
Wouldn't accept my debit card or cash. Ruined my day and my plans. Choose enterprise instead.
