because of construction, I can't find a single inbound stop functional between university in west Lafayette and 5th in Lafayette with the exception of an UNMARKED and unrecognized stop on river
The happy hollow bus driver with the gloves and a white beard is racist and made fun of one of the asians getting on the bus. And he is a reckless driver.
Totally disorganized, unreliable, never on time, not rider-friendly at all. Without going into every single negative issue I have, I'll just say they deserve less than one-star rating. There are 2-3 nice/friendly drivers, but that's it.
If I could give only 1 star, I would. Buses look like they have not been cleaned in however long, drivers sling around buses, there is no respect for the E&D/disabled people, and most of all with late buses, drivers are extremely rude. I don't care if there is construction on the roads, that is NO EXCUSE.
The black older lady kept cutting me off when I tried to talk to her and wouldn't listen to what I was trying to say. Why is she still working here she's been like that for a few years now. Just rude and mean. Also I went to the center and clearly asked for a 30day pass and the older lady I guess gave me a E&D card by mistake maybe, I paid almost 30$ for a 30day pass . now I can't even get on the bus with the one I was Given, how I'm I suppose to know that she gave me the wrong card. And oh surprise surprise no one can help when it was "city bus" mistake not mine. Highly pissed so here's your terrible review.
