I wish I never let Dave touch my car, let's just put it that way. Also, he wouldn't shut up to let me ask questions. He acts like a professional mechanic but with my experience here after today, I assure you, he isn't. I'm pissed and frustrated, never again taking my car to him!

Auto Diagnostic is fantastic. I've taken Dave, Aaron, Misty and the team several cars over the years and have always left pleased. From oil changes and regular maintenance to tires, used car inspections and major repairs -- they do great work and it's usually done faster than I expect.
Per usual, friendly, professional experience with some offered expertise sharing. Reasonably priced preventive maintenance and overall positive experience. Will go back and will recommend Dave and his shop.
Took car in for noisy power steering module, presuming it was either the module itself, a loose serpentine belt, or both. Dave's shop discovered it was a case of low fluid level.
Dave is so rude and unprofessional. They were trying to rip me off by charging me about $60 in labor costs just to look at my car! Extremely disappointed and I wish I never went to them in the first place. He tells me it was going to cost me $220 for the repairs and when I called up Sears or any other Auto Repair company, they were all charging $130. When I told him I wanted my car back and didn't want them to do any work, he said I have to pay an extra $20 for them to just move my car out of the building! Are you serious! I am definitely not paying this stupid company $80 for not repairing my car! What a rip off!
Here's the big selling point: one time, Dave called me a few days after I'd been in for a repair to report that he'd accidentally overcharged my account. Apparently, he'd ordered a part that they didn't end up needing and he sent me back the money for it.
I will not let any of my friends go to him and I would discourage all of you from using them too.
The shop also recommended spark plug replacement, following manufacturer's schedule. Added an oil change, and all set.
I was so impressed. (And you will be, too.)
