This could have become a repair to have my whole transmission replaced if I had not caught it early by noticing the transmission struggling and had it checked on further. So ultimately paying $200 for new fluid and a flush is better than paying for a new transmission. However, a $200 needless repair of my vehicle due to poor recommendations by staff is not acceptable.
On 5/20 the wrong transmission fluid was suggested to us by staff. Nothing was wrong with my transmission but I had some fluid leak due to an issue with my axel that has since been remedied.
Needed a battery check, it was right on the money. They insoled it no problem. Thank you for your prompt service AutoZone.
