My appointment at Kool smiles was exceptional. They gave me tips on teeth health, tips to keep my teeth healthy. The staff were very helpful and non- judgemental.
This is the place I have been searching for! Not only is EVERYONE extremely nice and welcoming, but they are so good with my son. After many non-dental surgeries, he's a bit gun shy about any "doctor" appointments. They keep him calm and are very patient when he gets a bit teary-eyed. I highly recommend Kool Smiles for kids and adults alike. They are amazing!
The staff is so nice and we always get in and out in a timely manner. It has been my son's first dental experience and they have been so good with him. Would recommend Kool Smiles to others. Dr. Gretencord explained everything in detail and Cathy and Cindy made my son feel at ease. Thank you for making my son feel better.
My 2 daughters came here today, excellent service and very kid friendly , the receptionist Brittany was so polite and calm considering the fact i had extra children wit me, we will forever come here and this is our first time , thanks again Brittany and the cool smiles team you guys were wonderful to us
This was a new experience for me as a foster mother/grandmother. Paper work had not been sent to give permission for Kool Smiles to treat my grandson. The office staff was very calm when I was getting frustrated. Once that hurdle was overcome we went to the back for the procedure. Dr. Petty, Rose and Lynnette were superb and easily calmed my grandson. I could not have asked for a better crew for my grandson and me. I would highly recommend this location and Dr. Petty!
