Regal Valley is amazing! I hadn't gone to the dentist in 10+ years due to not having insurance. I was basically scared like a kid again, but they were extremely patient talking through everything and making sure I wasn't nervous. I got a cavity filled and could hardly feel anything. Everyone, including the doctor, was extremely kind and professional. Would highly recommend this place to anyone!
I went to visit soon after they opened because I had received a flyer in the mail. The staff was very friendly, I really felt welcomed by everyone. If I was judging the offices based on the staff they were fabulous! I had X-rays done and was told I needed 3 crowns and a filling. My insurance wouldn't touch it and it was gonna be very expensive. I asked if the teeth needing crowns could just be filled again until I could opt for better insurance in the new year. The dentist said absolutely not he wouldn't fill them because it would be more damaging to my teeth. My family recommended I get a second opinion so I went to my family dentist who I have known and trusted for years. (Who unfortunately wasn't in my insurance anymore). He looked at the X-rays taken at Regal and then took more of his own at no charge to me. I didn't need any crowns and I didn't need that filling. I had one filling that needed replaced but the tooth they wanted to fill had no cavity at all. I'm still mind boggled that they would recommend work that's not remotely needed but all I can say is I won't ever go back and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone I know.
One of the best dental visits I've experienced. They have extra hours that you do not usually find with a dentist. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I needed a filling and they explained the issue and costs associated upfront and then got it taken care of during my routine cleaning visit. Excellent!
Everyone there was incredibly kind and caring, and made my experience as comfortable as possible. Definitely the best dental office I've ever been to. Dr. Bhayani is awesome!
I have issues with going to the dentist, but the professionals at this office are very nice. They talk to you like they would a friend and answer any questions you may have, explain everything they are doing and why they are doing it. I was given the cost of everything up front (which I like)and it was VERY reasonable for the extensive amount of things they have to do. They were very thorough (and gentle with the exam). The dentists are very down to earth and treat you like a person and not a paycheck. They also have a great sense of humor. I have found the dentist office that I want taking care of my smile right here at Regal Valley.
