My whole family went and each of us had a very unhappy experience. They wanted my husband to return every 3 mths for a treatment (he is 39 and never been asked to do this before). They claimed I had 3 cavities (I have never had one in my life). My 6 year old had a tooth attempted to be pulled...after 2 hours they gave up and capped it. We all got second opinions and got a clean bill from our new dentist (... I had zero cavities). My daughter is now seeing a pediatric dentist and hopefully was not too traumatized. We found South Street to be very money motivated.
I agree with what people have already said about the place being extremely money motivated. Also, they messed up a cavity they filled. Now, two years later, I need a root canal because of it. Needless to say, I am angry.
Just Aweful! If you like spending money on unnecessary dental work, this is your place. From the minute i walk in and hear "wow, you have good insurance.." to receiving letters and email stating that i have unused dental benefits, so come on in. I was told i needed 1 crown and 5 cavities filled and numerous fillings (less than 2 years old) needing replaced. I had enough, went 100 miles to my old dentist, received a check up and said all was good. 3 years later, still haven't had any cavities to fill or crown.
