I went there today to just look around upon entering the 1st store I was greeted by a lady asking if I needed any help I let her know that I was just browsing and she said if you have any questions feel free to ask. Considering its 3 stores in one large building I was greeted by 3 different people 1 in each section of the store. I really can't complain, nobody was pushy. I found an item that I liked, they asked me If I wanted the one on the floor or if I wanted to order a new 1. We had quite a few laughs. I paid and then left. I can't complain about the service

Floor room experience was great. She knew just what I wanted. Delivery was another story. Didn't set up bed or haul away old mattress. Think bed is cheaper now. Doesn't pay to make a purchase if you're senior citizen.
